TCBY is offering mothers a free frozen yogurt (cup or cone) on Mother's Day, May 9th. TCBY yogurt is 98% fat free, so there's really no excuse not to treat yourself on Mother's Day!
I would call your favorite TCBY to make sure they're participating before you head out on Mother's Day though, just to be sure. You can search for locations here.
