So today, I opened the fridge to make lunch and groaned. I know what's in there. I know there's fresh bread. I hard-boiled eggs for egg salad yesterday, so today, what did I have? Egg salad. I make good egg salad, so it's not like it was a terrible lunch, but I'm always wishing for something better. And I'm only thinking about it right at lunchtime, which is a huge problem! I need to be able to think this way before I go to the grocery store, but I never do. And that leaves me frustrated with a capital F!
Am I the only one who feels this way at lunchtime? I'm always looking for something new, tasty and easy! Most of all easy! I eat my fair share of turkey and tuna. I eat the occasional frozen meal and chicken breast sandwich. But I'm never excited about those choices. I want something different!
It doesn't have to be a sandwich. What do you like to eat for lunch? Do you have some secret recipe you could share with me? I'm desperate for something new! (I'll even share my egg salad recipe with you in trade!)

TCBY is offering mothers a free frozen yogurt (cup or cone) on Mother's Day, May 9th. TCBY yogurt is 98% fat free, so there's really no excuse not to treat yourself on Mother's Day!
I would call your favorite TCBY to make sure they're participating before you head out on Mother's Day though, just to be sure. You can search for locations here.
Thanks Jessica! :)
