"PLEASE HELP!!!! My 13 year old cousin, Dylan Lepard, has been missing since 1 a.m. the morning of 5/16. He is approximately 5'3", brown eyes, black hair, and weighs approximately 120 pounds. Although he often rides his bike and skateboards, he does not have either of these items with him. Clothing at the time of disappearance is unknown, but he was wearing "Monopoly High Top" Sneakers. He was last seen in Fargo, ND.
